Aims & Objective of the Society:

A R Ministries Welfare Society is legally registered under society Registration Act, 35 of 2001 in July 22, 2009, but we were working since 1996. It is a beyond religious non-political,Non Governmental Organization (NGO) committed and dedicated for the comprehensive welfare and development of the tribal women and Men who are deprived and exploited from thousands years by the dominant society. The Society has been working in Rajahmundry as well as in inaccessible and remote tribal areas of East and West Godavary , Visakhapatnam,Vizianagara, Srikakulam, Orissa and Chhatigarh states of the country since 1996. For the last several years we are organizing different programmes to empower the weaker sections of the women and children to generate awareness and extend technical knowledge for social justice, peace and acquire human dignity and rights for wholistic development of the community. ARMWS is working in close cooperation with local community at the grassroots level such as Blocks, Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), Rural Educational Institutions and local tribal organizations and Groups.
The ARMWS is a tribal , Slum, rural organization, though we are small in number but we were to dedicated and committed team to provide protection to tribal people domestic worker in Rajahmundry and this work is the continuing work of the Society.
During the period under report, ARMWS is extensively campaigned to empower the TRIBAL people, especially women and children of the society, against EXPLOITATION of the local moneylenders, middlemen, contractors and local Government officials in the State of Andhra Pradesh , Orissa and Chattisgarh. We have continuously been involved to extend knowledge to the rural tribal people about bad effects of globalization. As the tribal people have exploited by the local Government machinery and now with the Multinationals, these days in the project areas , tribal people are loosing their land, command over natural resources and habitat. Every body knows that tribal region is rich in natural resources but the people are poor. TRIBALS are innocent and poor, helpless and deprived though they are landless farmers, domestic worker, laborer and daily wage earners. Women and children are the most vulnerable targets for abuse and oppression and they are denied the most basic of human rights.
Aims & Objective of the Society:
ARMWS Committed for self- reliant self respect tribal society by strengthening the indigenous community comprehensively, promoting, strengthening and expanding community based tribal Women, children and Men oriented society where sustainable development initiatives could be undertaken for marginalized sections of the society specially tribal women and to work as human rights defenders.
To increase the consciousness among the people for the development of their socio-economic educational, cultural and literacy development, specially among the tribal women and to promote the welfare and development programmes in all the areas of Tribal Women Empowerment and to ensure existing facilities available from the Government are provided to target women. Also to start and administer schools for the poor and helpless children in the villages. Specifically:-
To undertake health programmes for the welfare of the tribal people
To undertake job oriented community development, vocational training, educational and social development programmes for women empowerment.
To impart child training programmes and work for the empowerment of the Adolescents and to provide orientation to tribal Boys and Girls so that they will be able to Solve their socio-economic and political problems.
To provide such training and programmes that gives suitable job to tribal women and girls who have migrated to Metropolitan city like Vizag.
To Protect, develop and promote the tribal identity, tradition and culture.
To work to the best of our ability for the development of Tribal Society and remove the social evils
To organize the Tribal Assemblies at the grassroots level for capacitating them by organizing meetings,
Discussions on social and human rights issues etc.
To provide help to the tribal women at the time of accidents/harm (emergency needs) and other natural calamities like epidemic fire, flood and earthquakes etc.
Establish social justice and create an environment where the tribal women may develop their full potential for social change.
The objectives for which the Society is established are:
11. To diffuse and disseminate useful knowledge and to promote the health standards of the aboriginal, rural and urban population, through health education and family welfare programmes and about other killer diseases like AIDS, Leprosy, Polio, and Tuberculosis.
12. To strive for the eradication of minor diseases like Cholera, typhoid, malaria etc. by organizing Healthy Seminars/Free medical campaigns.
13. To negotiate with enter into agreements with Donor, Agency, Foreign or Indian or Government (State or Central) for the promotion and achievements of the society’s objects and receive or obtain grants, allowances, privileges, concessions from those authorities and comply with their terms and conditions enforced by them.

- To carry on charitable work such as establishing and maintaining the Orphanages for orphan and destitute children, Home for aged and Widows
- to take up programmes and protect in and integrated Rural development embracing those in education, health, women welfare, child care and all the related Economic and social fields, including establishment maintenance and support of institutions and funds.
- To develop literary interests by establishing and maintaining residential academicals schools and libraries.
- To conduct meetings and seminars of the upliftment of the moral and social standards. This is aimed at to help the growth of the healthy nation.
- To promote providing medical and by building dispensaries and hospitals.
- To start residential homes for poor children such as Crèches Centers, Balwadies, Nurseries or Pre-primary schools, and Nutrition Centers.
- To support any relief activity including maintenance and support of institutions and organizations during the time of Natural or any other Calamities.
- To signatory work for any object of several good and welfare as detonated by the society.
- To collect orate with other organizations, associated and societies in India abroad interested in similar objects.
